General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Order
Orders are placed exclusively on our website. Orders are firm upon confirmation by clicking the "Order" button.
2. Delivery Conditions
If all products in your order are in stock, your order will be processed within 48 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 days. If one or more products need to be ordered, we generally deliver within 7 to 10 days.
Stock levels are updated 2 to 3 times a week; therefore, they are not real-time.
It indicates products that are available, on pre-order, or out of stock. The estimated availability time for products is indicated in working days (excluding shipping time); it is purely indicative and may vary depending on delivery conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please note: if the deadline is important or urgent for you, we advise you to contact us by email before placing your order.
3. Warranty
We only deliver new products in their original packaging. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects of the product and is valid for 24 months from the order date. Consumable, perishable, and limited shelf-life products (e.g., modeling clay, ink, paint, or writing materials) are sold without warranty.
Warranty cases must be communicated to us by email only. A return address will be provided, along with a warranty case number.
4. Price
All our prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF). VAT at the current rate is included in this price. Prices are valid subject to display errors.
5. Delivery
Delivery in Switzerland is handled by Swiss Post or Expedions.ch; we do not deliver outside Switzerland.
We ship using non-priority mail, without signature, with a Swiss Post tracking number. There is no tracking number for shipments handled by Expedions.ch. According to Post directives, a parcel "without additional services" that cannot fit into the auxiliary box may, without contrary notice from the recipient, be deposited at the building entrance, near the mailboxes. You are responsible for your parcel from the moment Post or Expedions confirms its delivery.
Damage due to transport must be reported immediately to Swiss Post, or the carrier, respectively.
In case of non-delivery and return due to an invalid address or other reason, we will keep the package for 3 months (90 days). We will proceed with a new shipment if you contact us by email within this period and arrange payment of the re-shipment fee of CHF 9.90, regardless of the order amount.
6. Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
Prepayment by bank transfer or Twint: advance payment of your total order to our bank account (note longer processing time).
Stripe: secure online payment. Platform accepting most common credit cards.
Orders are firm and must be paid immediately (Stripe) or within 7 days (prepayment). In case of late payment, we charge CHF 5 for the first reminder fee, then CHF 15 ( after 30 days). We reserve the right to pursue legal action.
7. Delivery Costs
We charge a flat fee of 9.90 for shipping and packaging your order.
We offer free delivery for any order over CHF 80.
8. Partial Delivery
Depending on the quantity of items ordered and their availability, we reserve the right to choose full or partial delivery.
9. Refusal of Goods
In case of unjustified refusal of goods delivered by us, we will charge you for the costs incurred by us.
10. Returns and Exchanges
In case of receiving a defective product or one with defects, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We advise you to check the goods received upon receipt. It will only be exchanged for the same new product, if available.
We do not accept returns or exchanges (except for warranty or defect cases).
All packages returned to us without prior written authorization and without a return number will be refused and considered abandoned. Costs generated by a return not previously accepted are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
11. Visuals
The product visuals presented on the site are provided by the manufacturers and may vary from the final product delivered. The visuals are not contractual, and no exchange can be made due to non-compliant visuals.
12. Data Protection
The information concerning you is exclusively for Boueb.ch / Klerelo. It will only be used to inform you about the processing and tracking of your orders or to communicate about our offers.
You have at any time the right to access, modify, and delete your data.
